1. Product Features

This product is an aramid core flame-retardant conveyor belt for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as “flame-retardant belt”), and the skeleton is composed of a single-layer aramid fiber canvas. The tape has the characteristics of good overall performance, light belt body, high modulus, high strength, impact resistance, small elongation in use, good elasticity, good troughing, and no delamination. At the same time, it also has excellent flame retardant and antistatic properties.

It is suitable for conveying flammable and explosive materials such as coal over medium and long distances, large transport volumes, and large single-machine spans, and at the same time, it has high requirements for flame retardant and antistatic properties.

Características estructurales

This flame retardant tape consists of four parts: skeleton fiber layer, adhesive layer, upper and lower covering adhesive, and edge adhesive. The skeleton is a single-layer aramid fiber canvas, with adhesive layers on the upper and lower sides of the canvas, and covered with the required flame retardant and antistatic properties of the covering adhesive on the upper and lower sides, and the fiber edges are covered with edge adhesive, which is vulcanized.
